Being able to use your radio whilst out at sea is a must for all powerboaters, sailors, kayakers, Sup users and many more. The ability to call for help if the worst should happen and co-ordinate with the coastguard to get help is crucial.
This one day course gives you just that ability. With small group sizes and a radio for each person, you get the chance to train in a practical fashion

Done your Powerboat level 2 with us?
As part of our ongoing offering to our customers, we offer you the chance to charter Buccaneer and take your friends and family out on the water. Whilst we cant do bareboat charter, we send one of our skippers along with you to continue your training, offer guidance along the way, stay with the boat whilst you go ashore at Lulworth for an ice cream and if its gets a bit rough, to make sure you all get back safely.
Basically, you do the driving, the nav, have all the fun and our skipper is there to make sure that you enjoy yourself along the way.
Various packages available but a 2 hour trip for up to 9 people costs just £235 which includes lifejackets for everyone, the boat and skipper, fuel and where possible, waterproofs. Dates are limited by instructor availability but get in touch and book your time on the water with us.
