Taster Sessions
Fancy a go at driving a powerboat, we have the answer!!
these one or two hour powerboat taster sessions give you the chance to take the control of our 7.8M Ribcraft and try it out. With experienced skippers on hand all the way, to ensure safety and guide you through the skills.
Starting off with Slow speed handling in Weymouth harbour, before moving out into the bay and opening up the 325hp engine for a few high speed runs.
RYA Powerboat Level 1
This one day RYA Powerboat Level 1 course gives a basic introduction to the skills involved with powerboat handling. Suitable for anyone over the age of 12. We cover a range of different skills on and off the water with everyone getting plenty of driving time, including slow and high speed manouvers.
RYA Powerboat Level 2
The most popular powerboating course we offer, the RYA Powerboat Level 2 course gives an in-depth look at what's required to safely and competently drive a powerboat in a range of waters. Covering a range of theory and on water sessions, this is a comprehensive 2 day course for up to 3 people at a time.
